Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are small-batch and artist-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor variations in color or print

  • Sale items

However, we will gladly replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

To request assistance:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Include photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for lost packages once marked delivered.
